I failed to do anything this weekend. My daughter had a birthday, other family issues, and a friend needed help on his house. All that left me without the time to focus properly on creating what I need to.
So that leaves me 2 posts behind going into today and 10 links. Fortunately, my wife has some plans over the next 2 nights, so I should be able to catch up and even do extra.
Frustration is setting in. As I make this concerted effort, I seem to be falling farther in the ranking and my traffic is falling as well. Yahoo traffic is down substantially from what it was. This is getting old, but I will stick through until the month is up.
I have been doing some research into sales copy writing. I anticipate within the next day or two that I may try my hand at a little internet marketing. The cost is $50 for 300k emails, so if I convert just 2 sales from this, I will be in the money.
Posting is getting annoying but I am still sticking with it. Traffic is now even worse than ever. It appears as if Yahoo has dropped me as well. sucks.
Yesterday in addition to my post, I also created a lens and hubpage with links back to my site. hopefully that helps over time. Weekend posting will be difficult, but I will persist.
Linking keeps getting harder, I keep getting errors. Not sure if it is due to my dialup, or if they have something set on their sites which is causing this. Today I also started building some links to my lens to increase the power of the lens links back to my site.
All my sites are down this month. adsense is lower, amazon is even lower which I did not think would be possible. depression is setting in. ok, not really but it is getting very annoying.
